　　3、課堂氣氛活躍，學(xué)生對于老師的問題能及時做出反應(yīng)。學(xué)生在本堂課中真正起到主體地位，老師起到主導(dǎo)地位。

　　我想每堂課最美的其實(shí)就是教學(xué)的過程。教師在精心備課之后，只有在師生互動過程中，輕松愉快的合作，課堂才能達(dá)到預(yù)期的效果，這才是我們教師所能得到的歷練，教學(xué)才能相長。
