　　1、個人情況：通過面試者自我介紹，了解該同學的個人基本信息，并且大致了解其英語水平。該環(huán)節(jié)涉及的問題有：自我介紹，個人愛好，家庭基本情況，以前就讀大學及專業(yè)，所屬公司情況介紹及講故事等形式。
